The SPARK Initiative, led by young people who have experienced and overcome homelessness, identifies and helps tackle systemic barriers. SPARK Youth Peer Advocates serve as peer mentors, connecting homeless youth, ages 14-25, to services and forging relationships that create opportunities for stability.

Created through a partnership between On The Move and Tipping Point Community, The SPARK Initiative utilizes collaborative teams of Youth Peer Advocates, case workers, and specialized professionals to intervene with youth homelessness and connect vulnerable young people with existing services.
